1. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Custom Craftsmanship: Our handmade flutes are crafted individually to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except under specific conditions detailed below.

2. Damaged in Shipping:

   • Reporting Damage: If your flute arrives damaged, please take an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and the flute upon opening. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the unboxing video and a description of the damage.

   • Resolution: Upon review of the video and damage report, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you, excluding shipping and packaging fees.

3. Natural Cracking:

   • Crack Detection: If your flute develops a natural crack within one month of purchase, please contact us immediately. Provide a description and, if applicable, an unboxing video.

   • Replacement Process: We will assess the situation and offer a replacement. You will be responsible for the shipping and packaging costs associated with the replacement.

4. Return Process:
